Coconut, vanilla slice

1.5 cups s/r flour
half a cup of desiccated coconut
1 cup caster sugar
125 g butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup milk


Preheat oven to 180c. Grease deep round cake tin. Combine all ingredients in bowl, mising well with wooden spoon until batter is smooth. Pour mixture into cake tin and bake 40 minutes. This takes 15 minutes to prepare but is one of my children's favorites.
