Lamb chops with couscous

Lamb chops were marinated with a little oil, salt and oregano.


Couscous - put 1/2 cup of couscous and boiling water over the top of coucous leave for a few minutes and then scrap to loosen cousous and put in dish.  Cook whatever vegies you like in oil in fry pan, for this I chose red capscium and zucchini  you do not need to cook for very long just a few minutes.  I added 1 tsp of chicken stock and garlic and a bit of parsley.  Mix with coucous.  After you may like to put some lemon juice on top of couscous or lamb chops whatever you like!
