Mince Curry



500 g mince
1 onion chopped
1/4 cabbage chopped
2 carrots chopped
2 celery sticks chopped
2 cups chicken stock
1 tsp curry powder
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups of rice

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in fry pan.  Cook onion and then mince adding curry powder.  Add the chopped vegetables and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Add chicken stock and let it cook for around 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to your liking.  Cook rice as per package instructions.

Add corn flour if needed to thicken.  Mix cornflour separately before adding to pan.
