Mince curry

500 g mince
1 onion
1/4 cabbage
2 carrots
2 celery sticks
2 cups chicken stock
1 tsp curry powder
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups of rice

Heat oil - 1 minute, speed 1
Chop vegetables - 5 minutes, speed 1, 100degrees
Add mince and cook - 5 minutes, speed 1, 100 degrees
Add 2 cups of chicken stock and curry powder - 5 minutes, speed 1, 70 degrees
Add rice - 20 minutes, speed 1, 100 degrees

Note:  If too watery add 2 tsp cornflour.  Mix the cornflour in cup first and then add to mixer and mix for 1 minute to thicken.
