Week 2, Day two - Weightloss Challenge

Breakfast - shake with banana
Midmorning - nothing
Lunch - Subway chicken salad bowl
Midafternoon - nothing
Dinner - Pasta with bolognese sauce

Did not have my snacks today, which is not very good as I did feel more lethargic but did not exercise either so did not need the extra energy.  Will try harder tomorrow with exercise and five meals.
