Beef gravy

Pan juices
3 teaspoons of beef stock powder
4 tablespoons plain flour
1 cup of water

After taking out the roast.  Drain as much of the fat from the roast as possible and just leave the residue of the meat (much healthier this way)  Add above ingredients and put baking dish on hot stove mixing it well until a nice consistency.  This worked well with me but it depends on how much residue you have in pan so if need be add more flour or water depending on texture.  My hubby and children loved it, it was the first time I have done this without using a gravy powder from shop.  Much tastier I have to say!
