Prawn and mint salad

Prawns (handful) cooked


1/2 onion
mint
1tsp white vinegar
2 tsp lime juice
lettuce leaves
rocket
salt and pepper


1 1/2 tsp oil


I made up this salad in the spur of the moment and it tasted delicious. You can add so many things such as red capscium (which will give it a nice colour), lemon juice etc. I just used what I had in fridge.
