4 L of chicken stock
1 cup of polenta
pasta sauce
parmesan cheeseboil water and chicken stock. Add polenta stirring until thick and creamy and as much parmesan as you like I only added a little and stir in sauce. Bake in oven for 40-45 mins.
This is so simple but you can add vegetable such as mushroom, sundried tomatoes and others. I like it with mushrooms but as I did not have any this time I did without. Make a great side.
