2 eggs
3 cups of flour
1 water
Mix in mixer if you have one. If not put flour into bowl and make a well in middle and liquid mix together and then begin to knead. Place dough in fridge for 20-30 mins.
Filling
1 onion
3 gloves of garlic (or less if you do not like so much)
500 g beef mince
2 tbl tomato paste
1 cup of pasta sauce
2 tsp beef stock powder
Method
saute garlic and onion.
add mince and brown
add 2 tbls tomato paste stir
add pasta sauce
add 2 tsp beef stock
stir and then cook for further 25 mins
Once cooked allow to cool down for a further 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile roll out dough to a rectangular shape. Spoon filling in middle and bring ends together and pinch together making sure no stuffing will come out. To make a nice glaze just use one or two egg yolks and that will also help to keep together. Put in oven for approx. 30 minutes.
