2 tbs parsley
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbs parmesan cheese
2 tbs toasted pine nuts crushed6 slices prosciutto halved lengthways
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 cups of pasta sauce
1/4 cup basil leaves shredded
Pound steaks to 5 mm thick (cut steaks in 2 widthways)
combine parsley, garlic, parmesan and pinenuts in a small bowl and season with salt and black pepper. Lay prosciutoto slices over each steak and scatter with parsely misture. Roll up and string. Cook rolls 3-4 mins. Add wine to hot pan and boil by half. Add pasta sauce and bring to boil. I cooked this for 1.5 hours to get it nice and tender.
I loved this recipe it was so tasty and will even do this for easter for main. hubby scored it 8/10 kids 6/10
